A brewage house - fully automatically controlled. The basic components include:
* mash tub;
* filter tank;
* intermediate wort tank;
* wort heater;
* brew kettle;
* settling vat;
* wash station;
* system of water management tanks;
The programme allows application of various technologies, both in production of light and dark beers. The guaranteed productivity: 8 brewings per 24 hours.
A fermentation house - fully controlled by a control unit:
* fermentation tanks of required capacity together with all the equipment (toplate);
* set of technological tables;
* cold wash station for fermenters and pipelines.
